Application Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or request additional information at our sole discretion.

By submitting an application, you authorize iAdvance Now and its partners to:

Verify the information you provide
Obtain credit reports and business information
Contact you regarding your application
Share your information with lending partners

Authorizations & Consent

By submitting an application, the Merchant and Owner(s)/Officer(s) (each an "Applicant") represent, acknowledge, and agree to the following:

All information and documents provided to iAdvance Now are true, accurate, and complete
Applicant will immediately notify iAdvance Now of any change in financial condition
iAdvance Now and its affiliates, representatives, successors, assigns, designees, agents, and partners are authorized to request and receive any investigative reports, credit reports, statements from creditors or financial institutions, verification of information, or any other information deemed necessary
Applicant waives and releases any claims against iAdvance Now and any information providers arising from any act or omission relating to the requesting, receiving, or release of information
Each Owner/Officer represents that he or she is authorized to sign on behalf of the Merchant
The Merchant and each Owner/Officer agrees to receive calls, texts, emails, or mail from iAdvance Now and its affiliates
Applicant authorizes iAdvance Now to transmit the application, along with any information obtained in connection with the application, to any or all lending partners for the foregoing purposes

Communications & SMS Consent

By using our Services, you consent to receive communications from iAdvance Now and its affiliates, including calls, text messages (SMS), emails, and postal mail regarding your application, account, and related services.

SMS Consent

SMS consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of iAdvance Now or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IADVANCE NOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iAdvance Now, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
